To our new clients WELCOME. We completely understand it can be overwhelming stepping into the ‘tweakment’ industry, however we are here to make it easy for you. If you are curious for more information as to which direction you are interested in leading into with your skin please book a dermal consultation to discuss all options, alternatively book a skin peel or hydra-facial so we can discuss all things SKIN whilst making sure you leave glowing and fresh.
All injectable bookings will require a script so we request you choose ‘Initial treatment’ when booking your appointment.
All of our more intensive treatments may require prep or a test patch so for the best outcome in all scenarios we cannot guarantee all treatments can be performed on the day, however we are experts in providing a tailored treatment each and every time and when you walk in the door our guarantee is for you to be happy with the end result, this may mean tweaking your regime until your skin is ready for the big job.

Running Late:
If you are running late, please call us so we can make suitable arrangements. If you are more than 15 minutes we cannot guarantee your full treatment and may have to reschedule you.
Deposit:
We require a deposit of $50 per hour on all bookings to secure an appointment. This deposit will be held as a rolling deposit and used if you cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to show.
Cancellation policy:
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. We will allow allow 1 visits grace as we understand life gets in the way sometimes. Unfortunately after this our booking system will over ride. We hope you understand our new clinic and our bookings being valuable.
Pre-paid packages or treatment may be forfeited and you may not be able to use this treatment at a later date .
