The Ulfit Basics.
Ulfit boasts the most advanced Micro-Focused Ultrasound technology on the market, capable of dermal and deep dermal micro-heating as well as SMAS contraction for a multi-layered lifting and tightening effect.
A handpiece is applied to the skin and sends the ultrasound energy to a depth of 1.5-13mm, leaving the surrounding tissue intact. The targeted areas are heated to temperatures of 60-70° C, the ideal range for collagen regeneration and micro-tissue contraction: without burning the skin.
Depending on your concerns, we will target energy pulses to precise levels in the skin. It is this precision and the clinical ability to treat multiple levels of the face that sets Ulfit apart as a natural yet effective treatment and a holistic approach to age management.
The Ulfit Process.
It’s when you leave the clinic that the real magic happens!
Controlled inflammation starts and is the first phase of healing and collagen induction. Remember Ulfit has zero downtime so this is something that happens under the surface layer of the skin.
The second phase takes place from day 3 till 6 weeks post treatment. This is called the ‘proliferative phase’ where wounded cells contract, tissue granulates and collagen synthesis begins.
The third phase is the remodelling phase at 6-12 weeks where the collagen fibres strengthen and rearrange, creating tighter and more lifted skin as well as the fat layer becoming reduced.
For a full face treatment we expect results to develop over the 12 week period, and improvement will continue for up to 12 months after your Ulfit treatment.
Depending on your goals, we may recommend a second treatment after 6 months to consolidate the lifting you love and maximise your results.
How does Ulfit work in conjunction with other treatments?
When we look at the skin, we see it from the inside out.
Is there volume loss? Is there muscle atrophy where ligaments have broken away from muscle causing hollowness? Is there still volume, but issues with skin laxity and creping? The list of possibilities goes on.
We complete a full analysis during your in-depth consultation, and use our findings to plan the coming 9 months of your treatment. Our multi-modal devices ensure all layers of the skin, and all your concerns, can be targeted systematically.
Ulfit is often our first recommended treatment to address re-contouring, collagen synthesis and lifting of the full face. Because of the heat we recommend doing this before a threads procedure.
Once tightening and lifting is visible, we can assess volume requirements, bring in other modalities, or create more intense lifting and collagen with things like threads and fillers.

Can men have this treatment?
ABSOLUTELY YES! This is our ultimate go-to for our male clients wanting to slow down the clock. Men’s facial muscles will forever be stronger, meaning lines set in sooner than in women. To contour a jawline, remove a little bulk from under the chin, or reduce crow’s feet and forehead lines Ulfit could be the right treatment for you.
What areas can be treated with Ulfit?

When will I see results after my treatment?

For body contouring and slimming treatments, patients will experience some initial tightening effects, but optimal results are expected over the course of 4-12 weeks post treatment. The number of treatments will vary from patient to patient depending on their personal goals.
